Society For Rational Development (SFORD) is running an upper primary school ‘SFORD ACADEMY’ in the village Peshawas (30 km from Jodhpur City) for rural kids since 2003. The main aim of SFORD is to actualize the real rural development through employable and value-based education.
‘Joyful learning with skill development’ is the approach used to achieve academic competence and economic sustainability. To inculcate this approach in multitude of aspects that would result in a flourishing way, the SFORD is looking for :
1. Resident Primary Teachers
Job Role/Profile
– Designing curriculum with Joyful learning approach
– Activity based Teaching
– Involvement with the parents and the village community
Eligibility (Qualification and Experience required)
– Minimum Qualification: Any Diploma or Degree in School Education
– Minimum Experience: Teaching 1 Year
– Must have competence in Hindi and English
– Preference will be given to candidates trained in/by
– CEEP/DEEP (Certificate/Diploma in Experiential Education and Practice)
– Montessori Education System
– Bachelor in Elementary Education
– Age no bar.
2. Vocational Education Teacher
Job Role/Profile
– Curriculum Planning for Vocational skills
– Project Based Vocational Training
– Coordination and linkup with Concerned Skill Expert
– Regular Counseling
– Set up Village Vocational Centre
– Eligibility
– Minimum Qualification: Any Diploma or Degree in any Vocational Skill
– Must have competence in Hindi
– Must have hands on experience for the Vocational Skill
– Age no bar
